Breathe, move, refocus… Outdoor yoga and Pilates, and sophrology in the studio to restore balance, relieve stress, manage emotions, alleviate chronic pain, or support you through pregnancy.
I offer guidance through yoga, Pilates, and sophrology to help you take care of your body and maintain your balance in daily life. All summer long, we’ll meet outdoors at the Eygliers lake, in an exceptional natural setting nestled between the lake and the mountains. Classes are open to everyone—from beginners to regular practitioners—to move, breathe, and recharge.
Year-round, weekly yoga and Pilates classes are offered in Guillestre in small groups, in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. The sessions help improve mobility, flexibility, muscle tone, posture, balance, and overall well-being.
You can also benefit from personalized support at a sophrology practice. Specializing in stress management, emotional regulation, and burnout prevention; chronic illnesses and pain management; body awareness, self-esteem, and self-confidence; and support for pregnancy and a peaceful birth.
Individual sessions, workshops, and group sessions are offered throughout the year.
