A gentle immersion between larch forests, a high-altitude lake and a suspended hamlet

This rolling, accessible route takes you under the cover of larch trees to Lac de Roue, once a precious and rare peat bog known as "Lac de la Motte Tremblante". After a break in the company of dragonflies, you continue on your way, accompanied by the song of the hoopoe, a migratory bird with a striking crest and fawn colors that you may be lucky enough to spot. You drive quietly through high-altitude meadows to the hamlet of Souliers, perched high on a mountain.
