28 - Bois de Jalavez en VTT

Launch of the forestry project in the Bois de Jalavez area of Ceillac. Logging operations will begin around June 8, 2026. The plots being logged are crossed by marked footpaths, which will be temporarily disrupted. The work site will be marked with safety signs. Communication panels on forest management will also be installed. At the end of the cut (July 15, 2026), the site will be restored and the slash treated. A family trail on a forest track. A steady climb through a cool, airy coniferous forest overlooks the village and offers a magnificent view of the Pisse waterfall. The route is freely accessible all year round. It is practicable depending on weather and snow conditions. Equipment must therefore be appropriate.
