Along the way you'll come across the Furfande alpine chalets, little jewels nestled in the mountains. You're sure to come across herds of cattle: to avoid panicking the guard dogs, it's a good idea to avoid the herd as far as possible, and to stop and push your bike for the duration of the encounter!
