Description
The aging cellar has been set up in restored former barracks at the Rochambeau Barracks in Mont-Dauphin. A treat for both the nose and the palate is guaranteed!
You can enjoy self-guided tours of the cellar every Tuesday this summer!
Various cheeses are aged in this cellar, including: Bleu du Queyras, Raclette, Tomme de Montagne, Fondant, Duo, Cabrette, and Fruité.
