From everywhere in Guillestre, you can see its soaring bell tower! Notre-Dame d'Aquilon rises up before you, it has a proud appearance with the broken arches of its elegant gallery. This old lady of 1507 is well guarded by columns decorated with lions!

Consecrated in 1532, Our Lady of Aquilon was built in place of a Romanesque church. On the north side of the church you can admire the so-called "real" porch, whose columns are decorated with lions, typical of Lombard architecture.
