Aline, a yoga nidra instructor, invites you to experience this gentle practice, which promotes deep regeneration through total relaxation of the body, breath, and mind. It is accessible to everyone, regardless of age or level of experience.
The classes focus on deep poses, breathing exercises, relaxation, and meditation, and conclude with yoga nidra itself in a lying-down position.
This yoga is also suitable for pregnant women.
Aline provides mats and cushions. We recommend bringing a blanket and, if you’d like, a pair of socks. Surprising given how warm it is! But the class ends with a very long relaxation session during which your body cools down quickly.
