Description
Come and discover the wealth of flora in the Queyras and learn a few tools to help you find your way around this diversity!
The exhibition brings together in a single space over 300 plants collected the day before in different environments of the Queyras (from adret to marshy areas, from silica to limestone, and from montane to alpine). The plants are classified by family; a label indicates for each: species, family, habitat, biology and possible use.
The exhibition is designed for hikers who want to learn how to tell the difference between arnica and doronicum, as well as for amateur botanists who want to deepen their knowledge. You'll learn to recognize and name hundreds of plants, and to distinguish between those that look alike.
