From the church in Eygliers, this balcony itinerary leads through typical hamlets to narrower paths between Scots pines and unobstructed views of the Durance valley and Mont-Dauphin. As you gain height, the terrain becomes sportier, with more challenging climbs. The effort is rewarded by pleasant balcony sections and playful singles that undulate down the slope, for a descent over varied terrain with the Queyras peaks in your sights. The route is open all year round. It is practicable depending on weather and snow conditions. Equipment must therefore be adapted.
