Breathing, postures, and relaxation come together to promote the flow of energy, release tension, and restore balance, vitality, and serenity.
A variety of yoga classes are offered. Hatha Yoga is a gentle and accessible practice that invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and restore a deep balance between body and mind. The session alternates between conscious breathing exercises (pranayama), yoga postures (asanas), and periods of observation and meditation. Each pose is practiced with mindfulness to release tension, adjust the body’s alignment, develop greater self-awareness, and promote the free flow of vital energy.
As you continue practicing, your breath becomes a true source of support for calming the mind, cultivating self-awareness, and rediscovering a sense of inner calm. The class concludes with a deep guided relaxation, allowing the body to absorb the benefits of the session and enter a state of physical and mental recovery.
An invitation to slow down, breathe, and recharge your energy in a natural environment conducive to well-being.
Yoga Flow is a class inspired by Vinyasa Yoga, a dynamic practice where poses flow seamlessly in sync with the breath. The session begins gently to gradually awaken the body and mind, before progressing into a creative and dynamic sequence. Your breath guides each movement to develop mobility, improve flexibility, strengthen deep muscles, stimulate vital energy, and promote a feeling of lightness first thing in the morning. The class ends with floor poses, stretches, and a relaxation period, allowing you to absorb the benefits of the practice and leave feeling fully rejuvenated.
Chair Yoga incorporates the principles of Hatha Yoga into a gentle, accessible, and adaptable practice. The chair serves as a support to facilitate certain movements and poses, provide greater stability, and allow everyone to practice according to their own abilities.
Bring a yoga mat and your own accessories (blocks, straps, cushions, a blanket, etc.); equipment is available upon request.
