Description
An invitation to play apprentice cheesemaker by making your own faisselles, and to discover Mont-Dauphin's ripening cellars: a workshop to discover the craft of cheesemaking, for a gourmet moment in an exceptional setting!
Why not come and play apprentice cheesemaker and make your own faisselle? During this workshop, you can also discover the Cooperative Laitière des Alpes du Sud's ripening cellars, housed in the restored barracks of the Rochambeau barracks in Mont-Dauphin, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
From age 4. Children must be accompanied (5€ per person, except for children under 12 : free)
What to bring: a small cooler to take your creation home with you.
