Hatha Yoga – Vital Energy & Recovery is a gentle and accessible practice that invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and rediscover a deep balance between body and mind.
The session alternates between conscious breathing exercises (pranayama), yoga postures (asanas), and periods of observation and meditation. Each pose is practiced with mindfulness to release tension, adjust the body’s alignment, develop greater self-awareness, and promote the free flow of vital energy.
As the practice unfolds, the breath becomes a true source of support for calming the mind, cultivating self-awareness, and rediscovering a sense of inner calm.
The class concludes with a deep guided relaxation, allowing the body to absorb the benefits of the session and enter a state of physical and mental recovery.
