A sensory and gourmet workshop to discover cocoa and prepare a chocolate creation! A sweet interlude to discover cocoa in all its authenticity, from the bean to the bar, via the ancestral Xocolatl beverage.

This unique chocolate-making workshop is a sensory, cultural and gourmet journey for young and old alike! In this lively experience accessible to all, you'll explore the history of cocoa, a sacred and medicinal plant from South America, and its artisanal and ethical processing methods. Guided step by step, you'll prepare your own "bean to bar" chocolate - just like in the finest chocolate factories - as well as the traditional Xocolatl drink. You'll also have the opportunity to discover the use of ancestral tools such as the metate, a traditional Mesoamerican stone used to grind cocoa. A sensory, educational and deeply gourmet experience, to be enjoyed with the whole family or among curious friends... Reservations can be made until 4:30 pm the day before.
