Vinyasa yoga sessions outdoors on the ground and on a stand up paddle board in the summer, and indoors in the winter, for all levels. You will enjoy a pure moment of happiness with Isabelle!
We offer two types of sessions outdoors in the summer at the Eygliers lake, and indoors in the winter at Guillestre. We propose you the discovery of vinyasa yoga, a series of postures punctuated by breathing, which relaxes and tones up at the same time and calms the mind.
Floating yoga is the same but adapted to paddle boards!
