Products: home-made mountain charcuterie: sausages, marbled ham, terrines, caillettes, rillettes, fromage de tête, cooked sausages... preserved meats: terrines, tripe, pieds paquets, beef stews... Meat cuts: "mountain" pork (ribs, roasts, sautés, etc.) and quality poultry (thighs, fillets, breasts, etc.). In winter: duck confit, sauerkraut, white pudding (porcini, morel mushrooms, etc.) and homemade foies gras. Not forgetting tapenade, quince paste and homemade jams.
