Restaurant et épicerie la Tap à l'Auberge de l'échauguette

Restaurant, Traditional cooking in Mont-Dauphin
  • We'd like to offer you a place where you can share with us, with a cuisine that speaks to us. Célia is from Nice, we both have Italian roots and fell under the spell of the mountains. That's why our cuisine will focus on what we like best.

  • This cuisine will include dishes from Nice, Piedmont and Savoie. Our recipes will range from the wood-fired socca (chickpea flour galette) that Célia has tasted with her fingers since she was a child, to a Savoy matouille, to gnocchi à la daube. Most of our dishes will be cooked in an ember oven. With this cooking method, we want to experience the flavors of yesteryear. Our restaurant offers small, medium and large portions to share on almost every dish on the menu. Sharing and generosity...

Our restaurant offers small, medium and large portions to share on almost every dish on the menu. Sharing and generosity being 2 essential values for us, it was obvious that we had to introduce them as much in the restaurant as in the menu. You'll be able to sit around large tables, like a table d'hôte, where you can chat with friends or meet new people by sharing your meal with strangers. And smaller, more intimate tables where you can enjoy a pleasant moment with your partner or family. We have a sunny terrace overlooking our private garden where it's nice to enjoy the good weather. Célia & Guillaume "The pleasure of welcoming you".
Since July 7, your restaurant la Tap has been offering brunch every Sunday morning, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.: a sweet and savory buffet made from local and homemade products, hot drinks and local juices.
