An afternoon of mountain biking for the youngsters starting from Abries. We will take advantage of an outing along the Guil river to perfect balance, braking and steering through games! Possibility to rent a mountain bike !
Level : know how to ride a bike.
Equipment to bring : hiking shoes or sneakers, a bag with water, sunglasses and sun cream. Technical equipment is provided.
