Pauline will take you to meet medicinal and food plants through a walk. During this walk, you will discover the different galenic forms and learn how to transform them.
With her knowledge, Pauline will help you prepare a Floral Elixir (outdoors or in the lab depending on the weather) and you will leave with a personalized bottle of Bach flowers adapted to your current needs.
