Making a Bach flower elixir and discovering medicinal plants

  • Pauline will take you to meet medicinal and food plants through a walk. During this walk, you will discover the different galenic forms and learn how to transform them.

  • With her knowledge, Pauline will help you prepare a Floral Elixir (outdoors or in the lab depending on the weather) and you will leave with a personalized bottle of Bach flowers adapted to your current needs.

    From 8 years old. Children must be accompanied.
    Materials to bring: canvas or kraft bag, pencil and notebook, water.
