La ferme des Moulins

The goats that have been living here for ten years are still there and the cheese production continues, diversifying somewhat. From 2023 the passage in bio is set up because the will is to continue to work according to natural practices and respectful of their environment.

The work on the farm is now divided between 4 people. The installation of several people offered the possibility to diversify the activities of the farm, the desire being to allow this place, in addition to being a space of food production, to be also a place of education and reception. Rich of years of experience in environmental education, many workshops and animations are set up by these new farmers. The goal is to make people discover the life of the animals, the practices of the farm, but also the mountain environment in which it is inserted.
The farm is part of a process with peasant values.
