Itinéraire de montagne Les Sagnières/Peynin

At the start of the ski area, you'll find a map of the Peynin sector and head towards Abriès on the Sagnières piste.
Nordic ski touring is for those who don't like groomed trails. This itinerary takes you through larch forests. This discipline allows you not only to ski, but also to observe nature. The larches are bare in winter, but are home to many finches and other whistling birds. You're bound to hear them. And if you're lucky, you might even see a deer cross in front of your skis. What fun!
And if you still have a little energy left, you can branch off in the direction of the Peynin valley.
But be careful, this mountain itinerary is only groomed for special events.
For the descent, don't worry, just let yourself slide down the gentle slope back to your starting point.
On grooming days (info on the bulletin and in the diary), we recommend going after 1pm, as mornings are reserved for cross-country skiers!
