Ceillac hosts the French Skijoring Championships. An opportunity to discover this incredible equine sport!
For two days, the Cristillan Nordic site will be the stage for a unique spectacle, where speed, agility and complicity between rider and horse will express themselves on the snow. Whether you're an equestrian sports enthusiast, a thrill-seeker or simply curious, these 2 days will enable you to discover this spectacular discipline in an enchanting setting!
Beyond the competition, this event is an invitation to immerse yourself in the world of ski-joëring and enjoy the warm atmosphere of Ceillac, in the heart of the Queyras. Every moment is sure to be memorable!
Provisional program:
Friday March 7: Arrival of competitors and installation of horses.
Saturday, March 8 (morning): Slalom tests, gait control and speed.
Saturday March 8 (end of day): Pot de l'amitié for all those involved in the event.
Sunday March 9 (morning): Maneuverability course test.
Sunday March 9 (approx. 1pm): Official prize-giving ceremony.
Registration deadline: Monday, February 24, 2025.
