Festi' Nordic

The top of the Festi'Nordic tour of the Southern Alps will be given on Sunday, December 18 in Arvieux!

Program :
Welcome of the participants from 9am at the Nordic chalet of Arvieux (Bruissard).
Activities start at 9:30am until 3pm.
- Cross-country skiing lessons, classic or skating for beginners and advanced.
- Introduction to biathlon, session with laser rifle shooting (from 8 years old).
- Fun zone animated by 1 cross-country ski instructor: ski field hockey, Nordic Park for children, ski cross course...
- Fat bike : 30 minutes rides / 7 people maximum (depending on the size of the bike available on site)
- Sled dogs : 10 to 15 minutes ride.
- Snowshoe outing : discovery of the activity for about 1 hour
- DVA workshop, a workshop to learn how to use the Avalanche Victim Detector.
- Waxing workshop, to learn how to sharpen and wax your skis
- Tracks and footprints of the Queyras animals in winter workshop led by the Queyras Regional Natural Park.

Practical information :
To access the activities and equipment, you must have a Festi'PASS, at a cost of 12€, free for children under 10. It can be picked up at 9am at the Nordic chalet in Arvieux (Bruissard) and the activities will take place from 9:30am to 3pm. The activities will be in break from 12:30 to 13:30.

> Equipment: For participants without equipment, equipment is available at preferential prices in the sports stores of the Arvieux valley on presentation of the Festi'Pass.
> Catering on site: drinks and sweet snacks offered by the ski club des Trolls.
