Cliff climbing, or one-length routes, is a gentle way to discover the activity. Here, we climb routes from 10 to 50 m high, with ropes. For regular climbers, it's a great way to perfect your skills and improve your mobility.
Is this your first or almost first time on a rock, or would you like to get back into shape after a long break? The initiation course lets you discover or rediscover the basic sensations of
climbing.
You'll learn about belaying, the rope knot and climbing techniques.
With children, the approach will be very playful, with games and an introduction to the belay system.
The aim is to have fun and relax at the foot of these privileged cliffs!
What to bring: lace-up shoes or hiking boots, a small backpack, water and snacks in case of hunger.
