Supervised by a qualified mountain bike instructor, you will benefit from advice on how to improve your technique if you wish. This outing is made for you to take in your eyes and your tires!
Equipment to bring : water, bike clothes, in case.
Level required : knowledge of mountain biking on forest tracks. From 1m55 for children who ride regularly.
