    This artisanal micro-distillery in the heart of the Queyras region offers spirits inspired by the Alps.
    Vodka, gin, eaux de vie and liqueurs are slowly distilled from local raw materials.

  • Located in an old farmhouse in the hamlet of La Chalp de Saint-Véran, the Distillerie Saint-Véran will be opening its doors to visitors in February 2025.
    All year round, Claire and Laurent Démarets distill local raw materials in their two copper stills to produce quality spirits inspired by the highest peaks in the Alps.
    Vodka, gin, eaux de vie and liqueurs can be discovered on a guided tour or directly in the boutique.
