
A sensory, cultural and gourmet journey for young and old. We'll discover cocoa - a sacred and medicinal plant - from its origins in South America to our very own cup.
Together, we'll prepare chocolate and the original "Xocolatl" drink, using both modern and traditional tools such as the metate: a traditional Mesoamerican stone tool used with a hand-held stone to grind cocoa/corn and seeds into flour.
A workshop to explore all our senses, taste 100% pure cocoa, and leave with your own chocolate creation: you'll be making bean-to-bar chocolate, a concept of the finest chocolate factories, and the most natural chocolate there is.
