La Meute has a taste for words.
They can be raw, direct, incisive.
They can be gentle, poetic, liberating.
Like a punch in a velvet glove.
La Meute chants, slams, sings, shouts, whispers.
The meaning of words, the meaning of the word. -
La Meute is a spoken word group created in 2019 on the initiative of Margaux Seon.
The project is led by four female musicians, singers and authors: Roxane Perrin on vocals, Margaux Seon on accordion, Maelle Bourry on double bass, Florie Perroud on drums.
The texts are a collective work, nourished by each of them.
La Meute gave its first concerts in August 2019, and has since performed on such fine stages as Smac 07, La Bobine in Grenoble, K'fé Quoi in Forcalquier, Festival Les Semeuses,...La Meute is a spoken word group created in 2019 on the initiative of Margaux Seon.

In February 2021, La Meute is selected by Smac 07 to take part in the Courts circuits program.
In November 2021, La Meute self-releases its first 5-track EP with Inouie distribution.
During the 22-23 season, La Meute also takes part in SMAC 07's Impulse project: creative workshops with 7 Ardéchois school classes.
In January 2023, La Meute begins working with Label Folie on booking and production.
