The large plot of land borders the larch forest. 3 private parking spaces available and equipment room. Floor heating via electric boiler (low temperature water) and pellet stove on the 1st floor. The chalet is 400m from the ski slopes of Arvieux, you can ski directly in front of the house. Numerous hiking, mountain biking and Nordic itineraries are waiting for you. Shops are one kilometer away.
