A cuisine that relies on the quality of the Queyrassin production chains for meats, cheeses, vegetables, artisanal products, fruit juices and even local beer. The products are known and validated without exception.
Recognized in 2021 by the Unesco Biosphere Reserve as a French laureate for methods that have no impact on the environment, the guinguette with its
products from very short supply chains and without waste, the guinguette is part of a responsible and respectful approach. Chickens and pigs look after vegetable and cereal waste, meat waste is fed to the dogs, and a composter integrates all non-consumables.
