Ideally located, the gîte is close to downhill and cross-country ski slopes, numerous hiking trails and the Agnel pass (Italy).

On the ground floor, the gîte comprises a bright living room opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen. Its large bay window gives access to a large balcony with garden furniture and deckchairs. The bathroom with 2 basins is separate from the WC. There are 3 bedrooms, each with its own wardrobe. One has 1 double bed; the other 2 have 2 single beds (including 1 bunk bed). The gîte is equipped with a TV, and all modern appliances (built-in oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer combo, 4-burner hob and washing machine). A raclette or fondue machine, private parking close to the gîte and a ski room with electric boot dryer and ski and snowboard rack complete the facilities on offer.
