    Village presentation

      Set on a plateau at an altitude of 1,000 meters, Guillestre is a medieval village with carved wooden doors and narrow, pink marble streets. Guillestre is an inviting place to stroll, with plenty of shops for those in a hurry! Stroll through the maze with an artisanal ice cream in hand, to the typical fountain squares. Restaurants and shops are open all year round, as is the tourist office, where you can get all the advice you need!

      A Lie Over Village

      Since 2020, Guillestre has been awarded the “Village étape”® label. This means that the commune offers motorists, campers and motorcyclists all the benefits of a convivial break, thanks to its shops, services and attractions.
