With Nathalie, you don't just stand on a path and look at the landscape: you touch, you smell, you learn to identify mountain plants in their environment, to avoid confusion, and then to understand their uses - food, medicinal or simply everyday. An outing where the mountains become a living learning ground: recognizing, understanding and transforming plants, with a practitioner who knows the terrain as well as their uses.
