Walk through the history of the first major torrent development and reforestation projects with Hervé Gasdon, former ONF-RTM agent in charge of the Embrunais region.

To "correct and extinguish the torrents" was the mission entrusted to the engineers of the ONF - RTM (Restauration des Terrains en Montagne) at the end of the 19th century.
