Description
The film tells the story of a hippie community that settled in the 1970s in Dormillouse, a remote village nestled in the Freissinières Valley (Hautes-Alpes).
This unique hamlet, where no road suitable for vehicles has ever been built, is located in the Écrins National Park.
Former members of the community—Susanne, Charlie, Little Pierre, Big Pierre, Eliab, and Marie-Louise—tell us how the group came to be, what their activities were, what their values were, and how they managed to get through the winters, which are harsh at this altitude.
