This weekend, VTT is celebrating diversity with the first edition of “Everybody Ride”! On the first day, the program features casual chats, theater workshops, and a film screening. It’s a day centered on cycling, blending art and discussion.
This Saturday’s schedule
- 2:30–5:00 p.m.: Forum theater workshop led by female riders from the valley. Meet at the bottom of the chairlift. No theatrical, technical, or physical skills required. This will be an opportunity to discover this creative and political practice, but above all, an invitation for riders to discuss gender roles in our sport in a friendly atmosphere!
Forum Theater: What Is It? An interactive workshop that connects individual experiences of everyday life with the systemic oppressions at work in society. It’s a tool for sharing, reflection, and collective exploration of strategies to resist these forms of oppression.
- 6:30–8:00 p.m.: Screening of the short film “Pisse debout” at the Abriès community hall, followed by a presentation of the project and a discussion with the filmmakers.
This year, you’ll have the chance to meet the team that helped produce the film “Pisse debout,” which documents the journey of the GFVM’s (Women’s Mountain Biking Group) Class of 2025.
