Three films that explore what the voice reveals and what silence hides.
On one hand, the search for a mythical song in the desert and the portrait of women for whom singing in a choir is an act of resistance and connection; on the other, as a counterpoint, the withdrawal of a man unable to connect with others, who sinks into silence. The voice as a quest and a bond; silence as its opposite.

This screening is part of “Month of the Doc,” a series of documentary films in the Guillestrois-Queyras region. Throughout the month of November, numerous screenings are being organized on a rotating basis in villages throughout the region.
