In a sumptuous setting conducive to relaxation, the Ayur' Queyr festival invites you to take a wellness break. Workshops, conferences, yoga sessions and sharing time will punctuate these days, guided by wellness professionals and experts.
For its fourth year, Ayur'Queyr returns to the Ceillac Nordic Chalet!
The 2026 program :
Saturday June 27 :
9:30am: welcome with ayurvedic breakfast
10am - 12pm: yoga practice with various teachers
12pm - 2pm: Kévin and Julie propose a variety of healthy dishes from their foodtruck to accompany your weekend of relaxation and well-being.
2pm - 4pm: Conference on "fascias, the key to mobility" with Thomas, physiotherapist and yoga teacher
4pm - 6pm: yoga practice with various teachers
6 p.m.: collective sound journey promoting deep relaxation, letting go and well-being, with Lydia Périgueux, sound therapy and massage practitioner.
Sunday June 28:
7:30am: practice on an empty stomach
9am - 10am: Ayurvedic breakfast
10am - 12pm: lecture "le yoga, trois mille ans d'histoire" by yoga teacher Christophe
12pm - 2pm: Kévin and Julie propose a variety of healthy dishes from their foodtruck to accompany your weekend of relaxation and well-being.
2pm - 4pm: yoga practice with various teachers
4 p.m.: close the festival with a concert by "Sito Reno Musika", a multi-talented musician, singer, multi-instrumentalist, composer and producer of a human mandala.
