A gentle way to wake up your body with a Vinyasa-inspired Yoga Flow. A fluid practice where your breath guides your movement to mobilize your body, awaken your energy, and enjoy a moment of well-being with a view of the lake and mountains.
What if you started your day by taking some time for yourself, in an exceptional natural setting between the lake and the mountains?
Yoga Flow – Morning Awakening is a class inspired by Vinyasa Yoga, a dynamic practice where poses flow seamlessly in sync with your breath.
The session begins gently to gradually awaken the body and mind, before progressing to a creative and dynamic sequence. Your breath guides each movement to develop mobility, improve flexibility, strengthen deep muscles, stimulate vital energy, and foster a sense of lightness first thing in the morning.
The class ends with floor poses, stretches, and a relaxation period, allowing you to absorb the benefits of the practice and leave feeling fully rejuvenated.
A moment of movement, breath, and mindfulness to start the day off right and fully enjoy the beauty of the lake.
Bring a yoga mat and your own accessories (blocks, straps, cushions, a blanket, etc.); equipment is available upon request.
