Viso 3841m, climb the King of Stone!

Half hike in steep terrain, half climb but never difficult, the ascent of the "stone king" by its normal route is a first approach to mountaineering, affordable but challenging because of its length. On the program: walking in boulders, roped progression in the steep side of the south face, snow passages, climbing and unclimbing of small projections, ... but also good laughs! A first day to go up to the Sella hut or to the comfortable Forcioline hut, a very early start the second day to climb the summit by the south face, and a long descent to finish the adventure. Possibility to spread the trip over 3 days (with extra charge). Leave with a guide to gather all the conditions for its realization (evaluation of the good weather conditions, judicious route, belaying of the difficult passages, management of the rhythm and the schedules, ...) For the more experienced climbers, the East ridge route is an excellent alternative, more aerial and wild. . Equipment to bring: 30L min backpack, harness, helmet (we can lend some), mountaineering boots or good hiking shoes, water, small picnic, down jacket and Gore-tex jacket, sunglasses, sun cream, headlamp, minimum change of clothes. Level required: level 3+ climbing and very good physical condition.
