Hydrospeeding means floating down a river with fins, wetsuit and safety equipment. As close as you can get to the water, you steer with your legs, reading the currents and crossing the rapids. Thrills and spills, with technique and control.
The activity can be practised on the Saint-Clément-sur-Durance basin, ideal for working on technical exercises and stopping whenever you like.
Or a downstream version: the Durance from Saint-Clément-sur-Durance to Le Rabioux, and even as far as Embrun, depending on water levels and group motivation.
Accessible if you're comfortable in the water, the activity is supervised by a guide to help you progress safely.
A sporty, immersive and really fun way to experience the river from the inside.
All you need are flippers, a warm wetsuit and safety equipment.
