Climbing the Pain de Sucre is like experiencing a suspended moment, a moment out of time! Hiking by headlamp, following in your guide's footsteps, and reaching the summit in the rising sun - it's just magic!

What is this strange shape at 3208m altitude that resembles a majestic cone? It's an emblematic summit of the Queyras region, straddling France and Italy. You'll make your way along a rugged itinerary, fully immersed in the Alpine world. In complete safety, your mountain guide will tell you all about the peaks, rocks and animals that surround you. A privileged moment, extended by a breakfast at altitude, in front of a horizon populated by valleys framed by peaks and the imposing silhouette of Mount Viso. Equipment to bring: hiking boots, windproof jacket, fleece, warm clothing, hat and gloves if necessary, sunglasses, water bottle, camera... Headlamps, sticks, gloves and hats can be lent if required. Level: good walker. The ascent (600 m ascent) is partly on footpaths, then through sometimes steep and slippery scree, by headlamp light.
