Description
Meet the sled dogs and learn about their way of life as you take a ride in a dog-drawn kart driven by the musher. This kart—a true sled adapted for summer—lets you explore the forest trails.
Pulled by 6 to 8 dogs, you’ll experience a sense of freedom and adventure.
You’ll be welcomed at the kennel, and we’ll start with an introduction to the dogs—you’ll have a chance to pet them and get to know them. Then it’ll be time to harness the dogs and head out on a run. We’ll do four consecutive runs so that everyone gets to go on a ride lasting about 20 to 30 minutes. These outings also serve as training for the dogs; we work on turning maneuvers at our training ground, where we make a lot of turns.
Back at the kennel, you’ll learn how to care for the dogs.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Depending on their age and weight, there will be 2 or one adult per dog.
Bring water, sportswear and sneakers.
