Throughout the session, you’ll strengthen your core, back, and stabilizing muscles, while improving mobility, coordination, flexibility, and body awareness. Each movement is adapted to your individual level to ensure you can practice safely.
Pilates is particularly recommended for preventing or relieving back tension, improving posture, and building a stronger, more stable, and more functional body for everyday life.
The session ends with stretches and a recovery period to release tension and leave you with a pleasant feeling of lightness.
