In the Guillestrois and the Queyras, not only we encourage you to observe, we also invite you to participate. It could be a good idea to roll up your sleeves while exchanging with our craftsmen, producers and farmers, in their workshops or in their farms. These moments will allow you to rediscover the taste of the simple things of life and to understand how objects or culinary products are made. At the end of the workshop, you’ll bring home your own hand-made craft !
