I am an energeticist and yoga teacher, living in Arvieux for several years.
Over time and through my practice, I have discovered that energy has a great place in my life, both personally and professionally.

I offer every Thursday, including vacations, a yoga class that combines vinyasa (breathing, cardio flow) with energetics (reconnecting to oneself, cleansing, anchoring...).
I also offer energy sessions (reflexology, reiki, bach flowers, Tibetan bowl...) by appointment.

Whether it is during a yoga class in my room or during a session in my office
in my office, thanks to my intuitive practice, my resources and my knowledge, a unique experience is to be lived.
