The restaurant's majestic 16th-century dining room offers a warm, intimate atmosphere. With only six tables, we choose to privilege intimacy and the quality of our service. In winter, you can enjoy a cosy moment in front of the fireplace in our lounge area. Chef Ivan Labrador, a native of Argentina who trained in French gastronomy in Paris, offers creative cuisine, combining the finesse of exceptional local produce with flavors from elsewhere. He likes to add a touch of the unexpected and poetic to each of his dishes.
