The St Roch chapel - built in the 18th century and since renovated - stands in the hamlet of Truchet, offering an exceptional panoramic view of the Durance River.
Saint-Roch was a very popular religious figure in the Hautes-Alpes region, invoked - at the time - in times of epidemics, particularly the plague.
