Ice climbing discovery / day

This day is made for you. The morning is dedicated to learning ice climbing techniques on a one-pitch route, then in the afternoon, you will transfer this fresh knowledge to climb an ice fall of several pitches in the Ceillac valley. A beautiful icy day ahead!

What to bring :
A hat
A ski mask or a pair of sunglasses.
A down jacket
Two pairs of gloves, one thin for climbing and one warm for belaying.
A waterproof jacket and waterproof pants.
Tights.
Gaiters.
A pair of crampons, crampons and ice axes. Possibility to rent them. I lend a pair of ice axes.
A backpack of 30 liters.
Snacks, picnic and thermos of tea.

Have already done some climbing.
