Located just a step away from the Fort, the cheese dairy of Château-Queyras reveals you the culinary treasures of its store all year long and makes you discover a wide range of organic and traditional cheeses resulting from our mountain milk.
This artisanal production is representative of an ancestral human know-how and of a high quality, linked to the system of pastoralism.
Gourmet, gourmet, to you the soft and unctuous pasta, our Bleu du Queyras in the course of certification A.O.P., our Viso or our raclette Estoilie are all to be tasted... or to melt (of pleasure!).

Visits are possible:
Monday and Wednesday at 9:30 am, for groups and classes
Tuesday and Friday at 9:30 am, for individuals - min 5 pers, max 25 pers
